When registering for Hello (again) we require a username and a password. Your username and password are kept permanently on our servers.

When you log onto hello (again) you will send through to the server your username and password (in encrypted form). Assuming you are able to log in, the server will send back your buddy list, which is stored in encrypted form on our secure servers.

When using Hello (again) you will send and receive images and text based chat. Images and chat pass through the Hello (again) servers' RAM memory however Hello (again) does not see, receive or store any of your images or chat conversations. RAM memory is cleared with server reboots, and RAM memory can not be ready by Hello (again) staff.
